There are still a few more days to go on my favourite pictures series but I thought I would take a break from that since today is a very special Sunday. That is to say, it is our first weigh in since Jane and I started being a bit more conscious of what we eat in an effort to stay healthy and lose a few unwanted pounds.
I regret to say that, after a week enjoy food mainly prepared on GI / GL principles (glycaemic index / glycaemic load) I have managed to put on a pound. Sometimes a gain is a loss!
I feel healthy though and the food has been good, so I will stick with it a little while longer. I hope that next week I will have a loss that is a gain instead!
