Yawn! I was up late last night preparing some dishes for the meal I will be serving up later today. This one is a curry, inspired by the burgeoning contents of the spice cupboard.
I am looking forward to trying it (although I still have further work to do) but one idea I might try for future is to cook up a number of portions of various sauces in advance to store in the freezer. This would reduce the preparation time, which would be a benefit (although having to cook an evening meal only once a week, even a large one, is still an overall time saving over sharing the duty between just me and Jane).
