As expected, today’s SG reading is still 1.010 (at 18ÂșC) so it is definitely time to bottle up… and that means time to start washing and sterilising bottles.

I think that measurement is the one to calculate the strength of the brew. Using the same calculator as before, that suggests 3.26% ABV (and 114 calories per 12 oz or half pint); I might do a reading on the finished beer as well as further sugar is added during the bottling process.
