That will do as a name for the semi-liquid I had on my cornflakes this morning. For some reason, the milk had started to turn to yogurt but it still tasted okay. Actually, it was rather pleasant, being rich and creamy.

I hope I won’t regret my commitment to not wasting food though — I’m writing this from a London bound coach (a conference down at Guy’s hospital today) and, due to accidents on the M40, we are taking a circuitous route round the back roads which, unfortunately, also seems to be known to everyone else who was driving down to London this morning.

I may be some time!
