Playing at the Cowley Road Carnival

I’m in the final stages of preparing another assignment for my digital forensics course so I’ve spent a fair bit of time over the past few days puzzling over questions and looking up statutes, cases and other material to help me answer them. That is due in this coming Thursday and I’ve got a bit more to go but I think I’m approaching the final straight. That’s just as well as tomorrow after church I’ve got another gig with The String Project.

We’re playing what I guess could be classed as a fringe event at the Cowley Road Carnival (ie. not getting a mention on that website) with a set from 1pm – 2pm at the James Street Tavern. It should be fun; I’m just getting my music together and then, tomorrow, I can relax and enjoy the day. Free entry so, if you are in Oxford, just turn up (but remember that the main procession takes place from 12:30 – 1:30pm so it might be tricky crossing Cowley Road to get onto James Street during that time).
