Looking back at earlier photos, I realised it has been about 3.5 years since I last went to the gardens at RHS Wisley. Perhaps the twisted path formed by the twigs of the Muehlenbeckia astonii I photographed there yesterday will represent that?
Quite a lot has changed at the garden although many old favourites remain. Much bigger changes are also afoot – in another year from now the new welcome area, a large construction site at the moment, should be finished. It is still a wonderful place to visit, full of myriad wonders of the horticultural world.
