Since I am doing the 30x30DirectWatercolor2018 challenge, I’ve done a painting of the photo I took of the back garden:
I’ve swatched the colours used at the bottom. They were essentially from my cheap Royal and Langnickel tubes although there was a bit of leftover green on the palette too and the Lemon Yellow was mixed with some of Sennelier Lemon Yellow that was on there too. It is a pretty complex scene to paint, especially without under-drawing, so I deliberately adopted a loose, impressionistic approach.
