Messing around with music meant time was looking a bit short to pop out to the shops before heading down to Loughborough Folk Club later this evening so I was in full improvisation mode.
There was some pasta left and a few cheese chunks in a bowl in the fridge. Once I’d cooked up the pasta I drained off the water and created a sauce with tomato puree, salad cream, pickled plum juice, olives and dried rosemary. You may not have these things but the point is to improvise. Poured on top of the cheese, the result was very tasty and there was just about enough left for lunch tomorrow as a bonus!
