Here’s a tasty recipe from Adam Ragusea, based on his observation of Indian cookery. I had a second go at the ‘easy’ method last night and like the first time, it was delicious, even though I relied on my memory rather than watching through the video while I cooked.

I haven’t tried his ‘hard way’ for making it yet but, to be honest, the easy one hits the spot by being quick and simple. It looks like it is becoming one of my staples.
