I’ve got my first brew of 2021 going. It’s based on Belhaven 80/-, which I first tried making in 2017 (Red Shilling). I seem to recall that was a decent brew but didn’t make much in the way of tasting notes.

Anyway, wort made, cooled overnight and set fermenting with some Crossmyloof BeĆ²ir yeast, which should resonate well with the Scottish heritage of 80/-. It’s a nice-tasting wort so I’ll be interested to see how it turns out once bottled and conditioned.
