Re-roast Dinner

Tonight’s meal was easy – I just reheated the yesterdays roasting tin of leftover potatoes and carrots with some slices of beef and the rest of the cabbage. To add moisture, I used an OXO cube with water and some cornflour for a gravy (didn’t thicken particularly but worked well) and some slices of tomato on top of the beef.

Yesterday’s roast took time and effort but today’s bonus meal made it easily worthwhile.
